Account & Data Deletion
1. Delete Your Klout Account
This page lets you request deletion of your Klout account and the personal data associated with it. You don’t need the app installed or an active login to make this request, it applies to the Klout app published by GreyInvent Technologies on the App Store and Google Play.
2. How it Works
Submit your request below
Use the email address linked to your Klout account so we can locate it.
We verify it's you
We'll send a confirmation link to that email within 48 hours. Nothing is deleted until you confirm — this protects your account and any wallet balance from malicious requests.
Settle any open balances
If you have funds in your Klout wallet or an active deal in escrow, we’ll ask you to withdraw or complete it first. Our support team will guide you through this.
Your account is deleted
Deletion is completed within 30 days of confirmation. You'll receive a final email when it's done.
Request deletion
Provide all information required to request deletion
Prefer email? Send your request to support@kloutco.com from the address linked to your account, with the subject “Account deletion request”. You can also start deletion inside the app under Settings → Account → Delete account.
